Hopkin Murray Beskine welcomes new team member

Hopkin Murray Beskine has welcomed Molly Tonks to its housing, public law and property team.

Molly will be assisting as a paralegal with judicial review claims and with a range of housing cases, including possession proceedings, housing conditions claims and homelessness. Work is funded under the firm’s legal aid contract and where applicable on a ‘no win no fee’ basis.

Prior to joining Hopkin Murray Beskine, Molly gained experience as a paralegal, working on complex clinical negligence claims and subsequently assisting with Actions Against Police claims. Molly has an LLM in Law and Legal Practice and has recently passed the Legal Practice Course with distinction.

The appointment comes at a time of growth for the firm’s housing team, which is jointly led by our directors Lesley Curtis and Ann Bevington, and also comprises solicitors Rosie Gibbs, Beatrice Patrick and Anisa Mohamed, trainee solicitors Ava Lockyear and Dylan Morley, and paralegal Saskia Hamilton-Bowker.

Hopkin Murray Beskine Solicitors has provided expert legal services and advice across London and the regional areas for over 30 years.

Alongside housing and public law, the firm specialises in family law, including divorce, finances, child abduction, children disputes, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and public law children’s proceedings.
