Molly is a trainee solicitor in the housing and public law team. She assists with judicial review claims and a range of housing cases including defending possession proceedings, disrepair and unlawful eviction claims, and homelessness cases.
Molly joined Hopkin Murray Beskine in September 2024 and is currently undertaking her training contract in the housing and public law team, undertaking a range of work.
After graduating with a BA in History in 2020, Molly decided to pursue a career in law and completed her Graduate Diploma in Law in 2021 before gaining experience as a paralegal in a serious injury firm, assisting with complex high value personal injury and clinical negligence claims. She then worked in a team dealing with Actions Against the Police claims before joining HMB. Molly successfully passed the Legal Practice Course with distinction in July 2024, having completed her studies alongside her work as a paralegal.
