Helen MacDonald

Helen joined Hopkin Murray Beskine with Martin Wray from Aitken Harter in June 2015.

As partners at Aitken Harter they had led the public law family team there.

She brings to Hopkin Murray Beskine a wealth of experience in all areas of family law, having in addition been a founding partner of Aitken Associates (previously Aitken Kelly Associates)

Helen qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and has a long established family law practice, with a breadth of knowledge reaching across all areas of family law, as well as strong and effective advocacy skills.

Helen specialises in the law relating to children and is an experienced member of the Law Society’s children panel.

She acts for parents in cases where they cannot agree as to the future arrangements for their children after separation or divorce.
