Charlotte is a solicitor in the private family department.
Charlotte advises clients in a wide range of family related matters, including:
- Advising and supporting clients going through a relationship breakdown, including divorce, civil partnership dissolution or separation and financial issues arising out of a divorce.
- Disputes in relation to arrangements for children, including contact between separated parents, residence disputes, contact with grandparents, disputes surrounding schools and health decisions for children and those with an international element, i.e. child abduction and article 21. She has a keen interest in matters involving more complex aspects of children matters, dealing with domestic abuse, fact find hearings and/or a high level of conflict.
- Advising clients in respect of protective orders such as Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders.
- Assisting clients with various types of agreements, including pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements and cohabitation agreements.
Charlotte joined Hopkin Murray Beskine as a trainee solicitor in July 2023 and qualified into the Family and Matrimonial team in 2024. She graduated with an LL.B (Hons) Law degree in 2016, and went on to complete her LL.M Masters at UCL. She later completed her LPC in 2023.
As a member of Resolution, Charlotte is committed to taking a collaborative and construction approach in an effort to resolve family disputes in a way that is at least stressful for her clients. She prides herself on her empathetic and supportive approach with clients and ensures her advice is practical and pragmatic.
