Senior solicitor Chloe Langdon joins Hopkin Murray Beskine

Hopkin Murray Beskine is delighted to announce the addition of Chloe Langdon to our team of solicitors. Chloe, an expert in family law, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our firm.

Chloe has worked exclusively in family law since qualifying in 2012. She specialises in complex cases involving marriage or relationship breakdowns, for clients who have mid to very high value assets to deal with in their separations, including assets held offshore or in trust, pension issues, company shares, and a wide range of associated portfolios.

Chloe advises on all financial aspects of relationship or marriage breakdown, and the associated need to separate finances, including finances for children, as well as TOLATA (Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act) and Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989 claims for unmarried clients.

Chloe is alert to attempts to hide or remove assets, and advises on the urgent steps to take in such situations. However, her goal is always to effectively use negotiations, and the court system to reach agreements where possible, to minimise costs and promote her clients’ interests.

Her expertise includes advising on child arrangement disputes, to which she brings her deep and practical knowledge of children issues, including the use of mediation where appropriate.

She is known for her holistic and constructive approach to legal matters, always striving to reduce conflict while remaining prepared to take decisive action in court when necessary.

“I am thrilled to join the team at Hopkin Murray Beskine,” says Chloe. “My aim is to help our clients navigate their legal challenges in the most effective and compassionate manner possible.”

Sarah Beskine, one of the founding partners of Hopkin Murray Beskine commented:
