Sam O'Flaherty

 

Sam began working as a paralegal at Hopkin Murray Beskine in September 2017 and began his training contract at the firm in March 2018.

Sam graduated from the University of Kent with a First Class Honours degree in Law in 2014. He completed the Legal Practice Course in 2016 whilst working in Leicester as a caseworker at a housing advice charity, helping clients facing homelessness, eviction and poor housing conditions. Sam then worked as a paralegal in the housing team at GT Stewart Solicitors in south London before joining Hopkin Murray Beskine.

Sam began his training contract in the housing and public law team at Hopkin Murray Beskine providing assistance on a variety of cases including possession, disrepair, unlawful eviction, homelessness and judicial review. He is currently in the family department, assisting with domestic violence, international child abduction, divorce and care cases.
